Attendee Information and Tickets

The 2025 PNW Doll Artist Expo will take place on May 31-June 1, 2025 at the Sheraton Portland Airport in Portland Oregon.

There are options for everyone to enjoy the expo. Please check out the options to your right and then fill out the form below. Once your registration is received you will receive a Paypal invoice within 48 hours. If you do not receive an invoice please email [email protected]

We are NOW OFFERING DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS for full registration attendees. If you would like to pay half now and half before May 1, 2025 please select “deposit”. You will be invoiced for half. Reminders will be sent out periodically before the event with final payment being due by May 1, 2025. Deposits are non-refundable after May 1, 2025.

Once your payment is received you will not receive a confirmation email, your Paypal receipt is your confirmation. If you are unsure please email us. You will not receive a paper ticket. You will check in at will-call the day of the event.

Some workshops and other events require an additional payment and registration. Be sure if there is an event you want to attend that you have included it in your registration.

**Tickets including meal events are non refundable after April 1, 2025 due to the requirements of catering. Tickets are transferrable but will not be arranged by the expo. It will be your responsibility to let us know who will be redeeming the ticket.

Special meal accommodations are available, so please put any allergies or special needs in the comment section of your registration.

Hotel Accommodations for Attendees

We love our new home at The Sheraton!

They have given our group the special rate of $159 per night. Rooms are very limited so book right away. Be sure to tell them you are with PNW Doll Artist Expo so the room is credited to our group.

Parking is free for attendees during the day.

Registration for the Sunday artist breakfast and workshops will be added once they are booked and the details are finalized. Watch social media and the newsletter for these additional registrations as they will require an additional fee.
